your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when

- Download and use our mobile application (TechLexicon), or any
other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
- Use TechLexicon — a gamified technical vocabulary learning app for
students, career switchers, and professionals entering the tech industry. Users learn
terminology across six domains — Cloud Computing, DevOps, Networking, Programming, Databases,
and Cybersecurity — through interactive game modes including flashcards, acronym matching, speed
rounds, and real-time 1v1 battles. The app tracks progress with XP, levels, achievements, and
daily streaks. We do not sell user data. We use Supabase for authentication and database
storage.

Payment Data. We may

Application Data. If
you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information:
- Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device
information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version
information, browser type and version, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push
notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application. If you wish to opt
out, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

- Functionality and Infrastructure Optimization:

- Invoice and Billing: Stripe
- Website Hosting: Vercel
We also may need to share your
personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your
information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of
our business.
- Other Users. When you share personal information
or interact with public areas of the Services, other users will be able to view your display
name, level, XP, equipped cosmetics, and leaderboard ranking.
5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: We may
transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in the United
States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that
your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in the United States and
other countries. We have implemented the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for
transfers of personal information to protect your data.

In Short: We aim

be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals,
or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do
not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit
data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent
that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that personal information from users less than
18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures

and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and
promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we

Account Information
If you would at any time like to
review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
- Log in to your account settings and update your user account.

account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. If

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile
operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal
your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and
collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT
signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any
other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
